Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
We do offer a replacement or refund if:

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Wrong address / failed delivery:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
